# `LLMProxy.Config.TOML`

Strict TOML decoder for standalone LLMProxy configuration.

The decoder translates a finite data-only schema into ordinary application
configuration. It never creates atoms from arbitrary TOML keys and does not
accept credentials or encryption keys.

# `decoded`

# `reason`

```

# `decode`
